Goat Hikes and day-trips

We happily invite you to join us on one of our walks with the herd (goats + pony) through the forests and the valley's around MUROLS including Les Sentiers de l'imaginaire.

We have various options. Times are estimated, as we are not in a hurry and can take breaks as much as needed.

Breakfast walk
This is a 2-hour goat walk.
Depending on your preference we can take a steep or a softer walk. While the goats follow us foraging on the edge of the tracks. Back home at Glâ the Scottisch breakfast is silently slow cooking on top of our stove, awaiting our return.
Coffee break walk
This is a 2-hour goat walk.
Suitable for all experience levels. We will take you to a beautiful spot with a stunning view over the countryside and mountains where we will prepare coffee/tea/limonade and a snack.
Lunch walk start
This is a 4-hour goat walk.
It is of medium difficulty. We take you from our little farm on to Les Sentiers de l'imaginaire of MUROLS on accesible track trough the forest. During this walk, we will have a break and prepare our lunch (we all bring all own food) together or have lunch at the auberge in MUROLS (at your own cost).
Tea break walk
This is a 2-hour goat walk.
Suitable for all experience levels. We will take you to a beautiful spot with a stunning view over the countryside and mountains where we will prepare tea/limonade and a snack.
Adventure day walk
This is a 6-hour goat walk.
It is of medium difficulty. We take you on some of the numerous forest tracks in our `commune of MUROLS. During this walk, we will have a break and prepare our basic organic lunch together.
Sometimes weather dictates how we structure this walk for the health of the goats.

Dogs
Only welbehaving and attached dogs are allowed on walk. Barking and/or excited dogs are not allowed on a goat walk.
Goats can trigger hunting instinct in dogs. Even when they have never hunt or bite before. Be aware of that!!!
If we go without goats, attached dogs are not a problem.
